NYSC time tables says on the 8th of March 2016 by 12am, the NYSC site will be open for all recent graduates whose names are found on approved senate lists of their various institutions to register.
Filled with anxiety and enthusiasm, many of these young graduates have decided to be awake all night in order to beat the traffic that will be on the site at dawn.
But they were very disappointed when the site was not opened all night Until this morning
